Refund Policy for Brand Basani (Pty) Ltd

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product or service provided is defective or does not meet the stated specifications.
  • The product was damaged upon receipt.
  • The service was not delivered as per the agreed terms.
  • The request for refund is made within 7 days of receipt of the product or completion of the service.

2. Conditions for Refunds

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

For services, proof of non-compliance with service terms must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

Certain items or services are exempt from being refunded, including:

Customized or personalized products.

Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

Services rendered that have been fully executed as per agreement.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Inspection: If applicable, the product will be inspected, or the service issue will be reviewed to determine refund eligibility.

Approval or Rejection: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7 business days

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative. Refunds typically take 7 business days to reflect in your account.


6. Shipping Costs

Refunds for products will exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this during your refund request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
